You can cancel a recurring payment from your HandyFin app. All you need to do is:
- Select the Pay tab from the home screen
- Find the Upcoming payments section to see all the scheduled and recurring payments you have
- Select the one you wish to cancel
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap Cancel to confirm the cancellation
If you stop using your account for more than 2 months or have 3 consecutive failed recurring payments (usually if you don’t have enough money in your account), we'll automatically cancel any recurring payments you've set up.
If this happens, you'll need to manually set the recurring payment up again.
