How do I cancel a Direct Debit?

You can cancel a Direct Debit directly in your HandyFin app. All you need to do is:

• Press Explore on the main screen

• Select Direct Debits

• Choose the one you want to cancel

Cancelling Direct Debits is a 3 day process, which means that you’ll need to cancel it more than 3 days before the next payment is due, to avoid being charged.
