If you have several missed Boost repayments, your HandyFin app only allows you to pay them off all at once in one lump sum. Covering the full amount at once will also help improve your credit score.
However, if it’s not possible for you to pay the full amount back in one lump sum, you can cover a select number of missed Boost payments by contacting customer support.
For example, if you have 3 missed repayments, our support team can only help you cover 1 or 2.
We’ll always cover the earliest missed payment first, without the accrued interest. The interest amount would be added to either your last Boost instalment, or an additional instalment would be created.
