How does missing a Boost payment affect the amount I have to pay?

You might not always have the necessary amount available on your balance the day it’s due. After missing a HandyFin Boost payment, you have 7 days to cover it without any extra cost. 

If it’s been more than 7 days, we’ll add a daily interest charge to the amount that was due. For example, if you missed a payment of £30, you’d still pay back the same amount if you cover the missed repayment within the first 7 days. 

If you pay the £30 back after 10 days, you’ll be accruing 10 days’ worth of interest on the amount. This means you’ll be charged the initial instalment amount of £30 and additional interest from the 10 days you missed.
