We’ll notify you of a missed repayment through your HandyFin app. We’ll also try to deduct the missed amount from your GBP balance. Here’s how:
- On the repayment date, we’ll attempt to deduct the repayment amount 3 times.
- If that’s not successful, we’ll try once per day for the next 6 days.
- If we still haven’t been able to debit your account after the first 7 days, we’ll retry again every 30 days.
We’ll attempt taking the missed payment from your GBP balance automatically until it’s covered. If you’d like to make the payment manually, just follow these steps:
- In the Explore tab of your app, select ‘HandyFin Boost’.
- Under ‘Your next instalment’, select ‘View all’. This will take you to the HandyFin Boost instalments screen.
- Select ‘Pay now’ at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions.
