You can send the documents you need (see here) to us at documents@monese.com or as a reply to the email we sent you.
If you received an in-app message from us, you can also upload your documents directly in your HandyPay app by following the instructions as soon as you log in.
If you need to send us your proof of address, you’ll need to do this by email.
Make sure you send us a photo of the original documents, as we can’t accept scanned copies.
