Need to change your account information? It’s easy to do it right in your HandyPay app:

Tap on Menu

Then on Settings and Personal details

From there, you can change your mobile number, address or email
To update your app login passcode:

Tap on Menu
-
Then on Settings and Privacy and security

When you select Change passcode, we’ll ask for your current passcode
-
After that, you can create a new 5 digit passcode
If you don't have access to the app or you can’t make these changes, get in touch with our Customer Support team.
