How can I see or change my card PIN?

Your card PIN is only ever available inside your HandyPay app; we don’t send it with your card or display it anywhere else.

To see your card PIN, follow these steps:

• Open your HandyPay app and tap on Card

• Choose the View PIN option

• Enter your CVC number (the last 3 digits on the back of your card)

• The app will show your card PIN number

You can’t change your PIN through the app, but you can change it on an ATM under the PIN Services menu.

There are some countries where ATMs don't support PIN change, including Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Spain and France.
