To raise a complaint about anything to do with the credit you secured through one of Monevo’s lenders, you should first contact us – it’s important for us to be aware of all complaints made against any lender through Monevo.

Letting us know what happened will help us to forward your complaint onto the relevant third party, so that they can look into it for you.
