If you’d still like to close your account after that, you can do this in your HandyFin app under Account Settings

Open your HandyFin app and go to the Profile screen

Tap on Settings followed by Account Settings

Select Close account and just follow the instructions
Alternatively, you can request your account closure by email us to closures@monese.com, but to do so, you need to email us from the registered email you have used with HandyFin.
We recommend you request the account closure in-app as it will be faster and easier for you.
