Important update on your account
As you may be aware, we previously removed access to your HandyFin app, meaning you can no longer use it.
We've recently reviewed the status of your account and, as a result, we propose to close your account in two months from today on 9 February 2024 This will include your main HandyFin account and any others you’ve opened with us.
Want to keep your HandyFin account?
We can help! To keep your account, you’ll first need to ask our Support team to unblock access to your HandyFin app. After this, you should add money to your account balance before 9 February 2024 – simply follow the steps under ‘Add money’ in your HandyFin app.

Your personal data
Once we’ve closed your account, we’ll only retain the data, information and records that we’re required to do so by our legal and regulatory obligations.
We’ll no longer send you any service communications. You might still receive marketing emails from us, which you can unsubscribe from whenever you choose.
