What should I do if my card gets stuck in an ATM?

When situations like this happen, most ATM companies won’t return your card for security reasons.

If this happens to you, we recommend that you immediately block your card and request a replacement.

You can block and cancel your card in the app by following these steps:

• Select the Card menu option in your app main screen

• Tap More and Report card lost or stolen

• Tell us what happened to the card and request your replacement
