How do I see or change my card PIN?

To keep your account safe and secure, you can only see your card PIN when you’re in your HandyFin app. We’ll never send it with your card or display it anywhere else.

To see it, you just need to:

• Open your HandyFin app and on the bottom menu, tap on Card

• Choose the View PIN option

• Enter your CVC number (the last 3 digits on the back of your card)

• We’ll show you the PIN for your card!

You can’t change your PIN through your HandyFin app; you’ll need to do this on an ATM under the PIN Services menu.

There are some countries where you won’t be able to do this on an ATM, including Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, Spain and France.
