Why hasn't my card refund arrived yet?

Unfortunately, card refunds are out of our control and you’ll need to contact the merchant directly to get an estimated refund time. In most cases, card refunds usually arrive within 5-10 working days, but keep in mind that it depends on the merchant’s refund policies.

We’ll automatically update your account balance as soon as the merchant processes your refund and returns the money to your account.
