Can I create an invoice from my business account?

Yes, it’s easy to create invoices directly through your HandyPay app – and it’s completely free!

Using your Business account, all you need to do is:

• Open your HandyPay app,

• Tap More, at the bottom of the screen, then tap Invoices and New Invoice

• Specify if your business is VAT registered and add your recipient detail items, a due date and a reference name

• Share it with your recipient instantly or save it for later

Keep in mind that an invoice cannot be considered a legal document itself.

To certify that someone will pay the total amount on time, it’s recommended to also create a professional contract.
