1 - Return Process Requirements
● Proof of purchase ( Order number - bill - etc... )
● The reason for return must be identical to the terms of returns to be accepted ( please review the conditions in the table found below )
● You need to contact our customer service or submit the return request from the website during the 48 hours from receiving the product if it is different from the displayed specification or different in value from what has been mentioned on the website, the return should include all the products in addition to the free gifts attached " if any has been sent " and if not all the products are returned, the return process will be rejected.
● We will examine the product in question for return and if it turns out not to the existence of any damage resulting from misuse, we will recover the value of the product and will be answered during a maximum period of 3-5 days from receipt of the product, and all will be set by sending a message on the phone or email your own.
● During the process of examining the product you want to return, if we find that it’s identical to the reason mentioned in your request, the recovery value will not be returned to you and the product will be sent back with the endurance value of the expenses of shipping.

Non - returnable products
● Underwear - Footwear - Personal care products ( products subject to the conditions of health ) - Digital products - mobile phones but in case there is a defect apparent in manufacturing then it can be returned - any consumable material or a material that has been used or installed in something else - some products for children such as ( bites - towels and napkins health ) - accessories such as ( cables , chargers , batteries ...) in case opened.
● Products that are already used or the client caused a harm to or become in a different case from what was received.
3- When can Raneen.com Return Products
● All products sold on Raneen.Com, can be returned during the 30 days from the date of receipt in case there is damage to the product .
● If passed on the purchase of the product more than 30 days will not be able to return the product and in this case is to communicate with the producer directly
4- How to refund the value of purchases
● For products that have been received, we will return the full value of the product subjected to return.

● If the order value is equal to or less than the balance available on your account, the system will deduct the amount of payment from the balance available automatically.
● If the order value is higher than the balance available on your account, you can choose the method of payment via the internet (credit card / promo code) to pay the difference, the system will deduct the value available from the balance and the rest will be eligible for payment.
● Note : You can't combine the cash on delivery payment method with the balance available on your account if the value of the order is higher than the balance in your wallet.
● You can also withdraw the amount to your bank in the Republic of Egypt, please note that the minimum value of the withdrawal is 1.00 Egyptian pounds, only one withdrawal request is allowed per day.
5- Partial refund
● There are some cases that we only do a partial refund for :-
a. A book that we can see a clear sign of use.
b. A program or video game that has been opened on VHS or DVD.
c. Any item that is not in its original condition or parts are damaged or missing, for reasons not related to Raneen.com.
